Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) is the delivery of television content using signals based on the logical Internet protocol (IP), rather than through traditional terrestrial, satellite signal, and cable television formats. In other words, you can watch your favorite TV channels wherever you have an internet connection.

You cannot. Using a single membership with 1 connection permittance on multiple devices might cause connection problems and even worse it might automatically get you banned by the system. However, you can use your membership on multiple devices one at a time. For example, you can stream on your mobile phone while you are outside and you can switch to your TV when you are home. UPDATE: We are now offering plans that allow up to 3 simultaneous connections with up to 10% cheaper prices than purchasing separate plans. (annual and semi-annual plans only. Monthly recurring plans cannot have more than 1 connections)

No. You connect to our servers through internet. The only thing you need is an internet connection.
We offer VOD (Video on Demand) service which provides hundreds of frequently updated movies and TV shows with multiple languages and subtitles. We also offer optional adult content that can be included or excluded in your package on the checkout screen.

First of all, check your internet connection. If you are sure that you have an internet connection on your device, then visit our server status page, and check if the servers are down or not. If the servers are down, then there is nothing for you to do apart from waiting for the issue to be fixed or maintenance to be completed. However, if all the systems seem operational and you are still having issues, then the issue might be caused on your end. The first thing to do should be turning off your router and keeping it turned off for at least 5 minutes before turning it back on. This usually fixes the issue. You can also try restarting your device or even reinstalling the applications if you are using any. Also, you can disable VPN if you are using one. If none of these methods solve the issue, then you can get support by sending us a message on support@tellyflix.com.
We accept credit cards and PayPal through Patreon or Payoneer; and crypto-currencies through Coinbase Commerce. Supported cryptocurrencies are Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Dai, Litecoin, and USDC. In order to increase the adoption of crypto-payments, we offer discounts for payments made in crypto.
VPN is allowed, but if the service is working properly while the VPN is disconnected, then there's no need to use a VPN.

After you request a 24-hour free trial through the free trial form on our website, you receive an e-mail from us in 12-hours which includes the information to have access to our service for 24 hours. 24-hour period begins after you receive the e-mail from us. We do NOT ask for your credit card details for free trial. You will NOT be charged after your free trial expires.
If you are on our annual or semi-annual plan, you will need to purchase another plan again in order to continue using our service after your existing plan expires. They do NOT automatically renew. If you are on our monthly recurring plan, you will have continuous service until you ask for a cancelation.
